This information is used to determine your eligibility for viewing or use of controlled content. If you choose not to supply the requested information, Setu may deny you access to some or all portions of our password protected sites

This program covers only information that is collected through this website, and does not cover information that may be collected through software downloaded from the site.

• 1.  Information. Setu is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Setu collects information from our users at several different points on our website. Setu obtains information from and about you in a number of different ways, including:

  • A.  General Information. Some information is gathered automatically when you access the Site ("General Information"). This General Information (which includes Site pages visited, Referring site and URL, Search engine and keyword used, type of web browser used, type of spider used, Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer breakout for each version of that browser used, date/time stamp of site usage, type of operating system, and IP address/domain name of your Internet Service Provider) does not identify you personally.

  • B.  Profile Information. Some information is not gathered automatically, and is instead supplied by you voluntarily when you use or register for certain services at the Site ("Profile Information"). Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested typically includes contact information (such as name, email address), and demographic information (such as zip code). Contact information will be used to inform the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for improving the use and satisfaction of this Site.

• 6.  Tell a Friend Feature. If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. Setu will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Setu stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact Setu to request the removal of this information from our database.

• 7.  Notification of Changes. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we would notify users by way of an email. • 8.  Choice/Opt-Out. Setu is an 'opt-in' web site and our collection of information is only used for the primary purpose for which it was collected. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials from our partners may 'opt-out' of receiving these communications by going to our unsubscribe page and following the instructions. Users of our site are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our users can make an informed choice as to whether they should proceed with services that require an outside party or not.
