The Employee Medical Records helps in maintaining the complete patient's medical profile and integrates medical components of a person's chart into one consolidated area of the software and provide physician to capture a quick review with the ability to document the same quickly.
Case & Claim Management
Case and Claims management tool is provided within a comprehensive, end-to-end system for workforce safety and health. Designed for both employers and Third-Party Service Providers, it covers injury, illness and absentee management, including occupational and non-occupational disability cases, workers’ compensation claims, return-to-work programs and more.
Audiometric Testing is used to store audiograms (hearing tests) for employees, and to compare those audiograms to previously entered baseline tests. Noise exposure history is also recorded. This module includes an equipment interface to transfer audiograms directly from an audiometer, using a serial interface.
Stores employee vision tests and compares the results with (user-defined) standards based on the employee's occupation. Data captured include: test date, name of practitioner, type of correction (if applicable) and last prescription date. Includes comprehensive reports for analysis.
Clinical Visit & Clinical Testing
The Clinical Visits & Clinical Testing module is used to record all health center visits, the diagnoses and procedures performed for those visits. Clinical test results can be entered manually or through the direct transfer from the clinical laboratory using standard protocols used by most laboratories.
Immunization / Inventory
This module permits tracking of immunizations and their related recalls. It includes features for automatic generation of recall letters and specific fields for recording of test results. Batch Immunization recall letters can be printed or e-mailed directly through the system. It also includes the capability to manage your vaccine inventory.
Pulmonary Function Testing / Chest X-Rays
This module records pulmonary function test results either through manual entry or through a direct interface with the instrument. Also chest X – Rays information is captured.
This module permits the user-definition of Health education and training sessions including: the session types; course subject matter; date; specific occupational need; department requesting the session; and, the number of attendees.
Body Fluid Exposure
Records the details of biological exposures in a secured screen set with complete corrective action plan tracking system.
This record and tracks various information regarding various immunizations and preventive measure treatments required by destination location. Multiple travel locations can be managed and the travel kits issued to employees are recorded.
Medical Chart / Inbox
This system consists of complete information pertaining to employee’s health records and even a practitioner can see all activities completed and planned for an employee in summarized way. This is a one-stop place for a practitioner to view any activities requiring their follow-up. This includes all employees with clinic appointments; the daily schedule of appointments, documents as well as any medical testing that requires their verification/approval.
