Position Overview

mySetu is currently seeking a full-time Applications Developer to join mySetu’s Development department. mySetu is a progressive company that designs web based applications for environmental, health & safety and sustainability performance management for a wide range of both private and public sector clients.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • The Web developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving front end components of web based software.

Qualifications Skills & Work Traits

  • Expert skills with web UI technologies, including HTML 5, CSS 3, and Javascript
  • Experience with UI tools, libraries, and frameworks such as jQuery, Backbone, Angular, Mustache/Handlebars, SASS/LESS, etc.
  • Experience with web server technologies such as node.js with web services/APIs
  • Solid knowledge of client-side communication components (e.g. AJAX, JSON, XML, web sockets)Solid knowledge of client-side communication components (e.g. AJAX, JSON, XML, web sockets)
  • Ready, willing, and able to craft modern UI capabilities (e.g. Masonry, Parallax, etc.)
  • Experience with common CMS platforms
  • Strong QA & testing capabilities with excellent problem solving skills desired

  • Bootstrap, jQuery, Backbone, Angular, Mustache/Handlebars, SASS/LESS, etc.
  • AJAX, JSON, XML, web sockets
